This is a basic boilerplate document covering this website (holdfasthub.co.uk and its subdomains) only - what little data it collects, and why. It does not cover patient, carer or staff data processed by the Holdfast product itself once an NHS Trust or ICB is using it; that is covered by a separate product Privacy Policy provided as part of the service agreement, which sets out the data controller/processor relationship, retention periods, and patients' and staff members' rights in detail.

The only way to contact us from this website is via a direct email link, which opens your own email client - we only receive the information you choose to put in that email, in your inbox and ours, and we do not receive anything automatically from the act of clicking the link.
